An Old Fella and A Sheila

In a cafe in Pattaya, an elderly white man is scolding a Thai woman sitting with him. The old fella, who looks like he’s in his mid-70s, has been carrying on, yelling his head off for over ten minutes straight. Meanwhile, the Thai woman in her mid-50s sits calmly with him.

I don’t know what the old fella is carrying on in some foreign lingo.

If something like this happened in my neck of the woods, the cops would be involved. But there in Pattaya, it seems like nobody gives a toss.
