My experience at Holiday Inn Pattaya has been quite positive. The hotel’s location is ideal, and both the hotel and the rooms are kept clean to a high standard. The staff at the hotel are exceptional – they’re friendly and always ready to assist.
However, I must admit that I found the room service disappointing. I had expected a printed menu rather than having to scan and view it on my phone screen. Additionally, I would have preferred the option of ordering food and beverages in my room by simply picking up the phone instead of relying on a mobile app which could be improved. While I appreciate having meals in my room, I would prefer standard plates and cutlery rather than them being served in takeaway boxes. This aspect does detract from an otherwise wonderful experience at this hotel.
I would like to highlight one aspect of the accommodations regarding the standard room’s shower. Despite the overall spaciousness of the bathroom, I found the shower area to be somewhat cramped, even considering my average body size. This compromised my comfort during my stay.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Pattaya as one of the top hotels in the area. I would definitely consider returning for another stay in the near future and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family.
