Anyway, I talked about it with a mate, and he suggested getting a treadmill for home workouts. He reckoned starting with 15 minutes a pop, a couple of times a day.
So, I bought one on eBay for a decent price, and it arrived quickly.
It’s made a real difference. I carve out 15 minutes whenever I can, and it’s doing wonders. I definitely recommend it for anyone needing to squeeze in some exercise at home.
